Yep very tacky. Nothing like the render.
Yeah, but you're looking at the wrong side. Besides this is much better than the Crowne Plaza on Adelaidean. At least it is unmissable 8) .

That announcement has been known for a while and posted in the shop. More importantly...all apartments are under contract.

Some of these look good by themselves, but I think a bit disjoint together. Would've been nice if they had gone with a more unified theme for them.
I agree but they are also a distraction.

There is a heritage overlay on many of the buildings south of the stadium, so this is the hardest thing to do of all. It's not really necessary though... My thought was removing the Southern stand entirely and using that space to move the ground further South, not the heritage buildings behind... i...

Why haven't they released renders of the northern and western facades? It will probably be very similar to the previous design. The western facade will have windows like the eastern/southern facades. On the northern side there will be less glass. See diagram of the original Northern Elevation: http...

Saw this render on the synergy page. I hadn’t previously seen it before. Interesting but odd find. This doesn't look 15 metres shorter than Adelaidean, especially given the ground level slopes down towards the north. Also, the dev plan really needs to change to force roof top plant rooms to be scre...

Thanks for the grab shot 1NEEDS2POST . This section is for the passing loop. Yes you can lower it but you need to strengthen the side walls that will be vertical. This will mean a lot of piling along the back fences of many properties. Otherwise the drain could be dug out and replaced with precast t...
