Judging by the width of the Liverpool-Paramatta T Way it needs at least 10m wide space.

This could work along the eastern side of McIntyre Road and by turning the southbound lanes of The Golden Way into a Tway

I still think the most elegant solution to the 230/232 problem is to just split them and have one run down all the way down Days Road to Torrens Road and the other run further down Regency Road and then through the backstreets on the East side of South Road and then onto Harrison Street. Saints Road Shopping Centre is nearly open . McDonalds sign and building getting worked on as we speak. The shopping centre building Looks pretty good.

Saints Shopping sign on side of building up now too. Also noticed a Foodland sign on the Saints Road side of the building

I suggested a bus lane on Golden Grove Road and a bigger bus interchange as the current one is not ideal for buses to get in and out of easily.

Great Southern Rail will find it difficult to compete with NSW Trainlink services in the eastern states which runs trains regularly between the east coast capital cities and NSW Trainlink trains are reasonably priced too

Houses on Cross Road in Clarence Park are at least 500K.

Connecting to the freeway via Greenhill Road and Portrush Road/Glen Osmond Road I feel would be easier and more affordable than the Cross Road option.

Just a thought about Cross Road. Politically, the biggest opposition is going to come from local homeowners. Driving the length of the road recently, it's really only the far eastern chunk that features old, large character dwellings. West of Goodwood Road in particular, the housing mix is wide and...
