Same could be said of the Exhibition Building and the Grand Central Hotel and other treasures.

The water table would be virtually nonexistent seeing as the Torrens Lake is a man made lake not a natural one. Absolutely zero concern of any flooding events.

[COM] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)

Um, given Big W is losing their space, I would have thought they'd have the rights to a new space?

Also, is Foodland at Marion? If not, they would be well placed to set up shop there.

I think people are getting way ahead of themselves in terms of Zara and H&M...

Just when you thought Advertiser journalism had bottomed out, and then they do an article solely on the comments of an article...

Re: The Federal Politics Thread

Not that a nation of 25 million people needs it's own space agency, but this is good news for jobs and the local economy. I'm assuming this will be headquartered at Lot 14?

[COM] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)

Surely Samaras knows that this is a lost battle. The building is in compliance with the development plan. Planning law has been adhered to. You cant dispute that just because you don't like the law or the development plan.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Trains

It's attracted 42 thousand tickets (people) just for Day 1. Let alone the other days. Not less than 20,000. More than double. that's not a crowd figure to sneeze at.
