[COM] Re: 20 Toms Court | 49m | 14 Levels | Hotel

Actually that's not true. Most are returning "Australians". Only a tiny percentage are South Australians. 35000 people to bring home - only a few are South Aussies but we will still be accommodating travellers in medi hotels until everyone is home. All states are taking a share of returning travell...

Uncommon living for uncommon students?

What kind of BS advertising crap is that. If anything, it's exactly the opposite, common dogboxes for common international students.
Maybe it's built for students that clean up after themselves when they use the communal kitchen

I would hope they're going to paint the orange coloured section white to make it have a cleaner finish. It doesn't really match ATM. I don't hate the orange, largely because the finish of the cladding is good. But I agree with you, it would look better if it were white, or better yet, a highly refl...

A compliant stadium with what? [...] World Cup - the minimum required capacity of 40,000 is not achievable on this site, nor is it likely achievable wedged in next to the torrens for that matter. All World Cups are allocated until 2026 and the next available is 2030. This isnt urgent mate. Yes with...

[VIS] Re: New inner-city stadium

There is a heritage overlay on many of the buildings south of the stadium, so this is the hardest thing to do of all. It's not really necessary though... My thought was removing the Southern stand entirely and using that space to move the ground further South, not the heritage buildings behind... i...

Some of you really are slimy snakes who see/read what you want. FFS, can you please stop dragging your derogatory provocative shit into every single thread? I would expect the images/renders will be used for the marketing of the hotel until it’s built and possibly also after that. So maybe they don’t want to show the Sofitel (and inadvertently promote) their direct competition? Maybe they just can't be arsed dong something that's unnecessary at a high ...

I didn't mean that the stats weren't true, I just question whether high youth participation figures will ever translate to attendance at A-League games. Does the primary passion of these young players lie with Aussie teams or do they really just follow the European games and the Socceroos? Of the y...

Has anyone seen the plans as I am curious if there is car parking and/or a drop off/pick up area for taxis/buses/vehicles ie a Porte cochere?
Original design had 3 basement levels which you'd presume was for parking

That site should be a 40 to 50 storey Sent from my SM-A515F using Tapatalk For this size block? a 50 storey tower would be all lift core and no building! I don't feel like we lose anything if this is 120m. I never really felt this thing was likely to get up, so whatever we get feels like a bonus to...

I guess this is what happens when the state locks down. Adelaide should never in the next half century have 40,000 capacity stadium. I've been to Suncorp Stadium several times to watch a Brisbane Roar game. That's a 50,000 capacity stadium with a 9,000 crowd. It's horrible. No atmosphere, no excite...

When you look at the new development vs old and no part of it being situated on the corner block anymore, it makes you wonder if there could be something else coming down the track? Is this definitively the final stage? I supposed now that Ben has said so on here, the "journalists" at the advertiser...
