You won't see me there unless I have a free ticket as I've covered sport for too many years as a photojournalist and have had enough of it. My interests lie elsewhere. Just to let you know.
I thought I recognised you!

Edit: remembered to check the scoping report, and the preferred 2014 strategy was short tunnels at Henley Beach and Sir Donald Bradman with an intersection at James Congdon.
Intersection? Perhaps Interchange?

Re: News & Discussion: Roads & Traffic

….. in the case of a driver exiting the slip lane, presumably the basic rules of giving way to the right and giving way to traffic already using the road you are turning in to apply? When both vehicles are travelling in basically the same direction (as they would conceivably be in this case), the v...

Re: Former LeCornu Redevelopment | Mixed Use

South Australian, family-owned businesses are "good" in some contexts. We seem to like buying food and wine from them, why don't "we" like buying our fuel from them? To be honest, I would rather buy most of that stuff from a family-owned deli or general store, and buy my fuel from a family owned se...

Re: News & Discussion: Roads & Traffic

All that it says is I need to turn onto the left side of the road, not what lane. No turn line, so you can turn into either lane. The NSW image I showed is correct. Go ask a professional. You can turn into any lane if you're turning from a single right turning lane https://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/images...

[U/C] Re: Penny Place | 78m | 24 levels | Apartments

How would it make sense economically to fly construction workers in from Melbourne and pay for them to stay in hotels when you could easily and cheaply source them locally instead? If they're Fifo, on long-term (1 year) contracts, it's more likely they're housed in dongas in a caravan park than in ...

…... Adelaide's first skyscraper, 1 King William Street ...... Actually, Adelaide's first skyscraper was the T&G building on the corner of King William and Grenfell Streets. It was built in 1925. Admittedly, when the AMP building was built in 1968 it was Adelaide's tallest building, and the definit...

Pretty believable timelines until the end of 2020. Then it gets weird.

I think it's being dragged out not because of other sections, but because of the State Election in 2022.
Yep! It will be complete just in time to remind everyone of what they've done!
