The house on the corner of Hurtle Square and Carrington St looks to be getting demolished. Not sure what the plan for the site currently is? Anyone know if its the same one as a few years ago when apartments were proposed?

I noticed yesterday that the building where Stage 5 (https://www.formeprojex.com.au/stage-05) of Hurtle and Co. will be is fenced off, so perhaps demolition will happen soon.
