Whilst I’m still on the fence with this one even given those recent renders, it actually looks like 3 AMP buildings (in original facade form) stacked on top of one another, except in beige colour, instead of the AMP building’s original marbled white colour...

If the photo is actually taken from Air Apartments (old ETSA), then I also have 100% certainty the photo is compositionally correct...where viewers of the photo are probably getting tricked is that the depth of field of the photo is extremely compressed...ie in extreme zoom mode

Im 99.9% certain this photo is not a montage but a correct photograph that has been taken from the new development on the corner of George St/Greenhill Road. Now correct me if I’m wrong but I’m sure I spotted 4 cranes yesterday at the Festival Plaza site and not 3...and should the 32 level Grote St proposal also be included in the list of upcomings as a VIS as well??
