Whilst I’m still on the fence with this one even given those recent renders, it actually looks like 3 AMP buildings (in original facade form) stacked on top of one another, except in beige colour, instead of the AMP building’s original marbled white colour...

If the photo is actually taken from Air Apartments (old ETSA), then I also have 100% certainty the photo is compositionally correct...where viewers of the photo are probably getting tricked is that the depth of field of the photo is extremely compressed...ie in extreme zoom mode

I may very well be in the minority here, but on a gloomy or overcast day, this building (so far) is looking vastly busier and heavier, almost brutalist in appearance, when compared to the initial renders, does anyone out there in SAL feel the same?? Norman, the Central Market Arcade development is indeed in Ben’s list of upcomings, the 32 Grote St development I’m alluding to is the one on the north side of Grote St directly across from the Central Market..last entries on the forum thread for that development indicated it would be approx 32 leve...
